The tester is good and useful. However, its proprietary and server dependent software means data is stored and processed online with no real local or Bluetooth access. If the company shuts down, the device becomes unusable. A more open, offline capable approach is needed. EDIT (dev reply): This is an app/software rating. Customers aren’t here to help you, you’re here to help them. The software stack should be designed from the start so the product can outlive the company and fully work offline

En effet les données sont traitées et analysées sur nos serveurs avant affichage dans l'app. C'est notamment nécessaire s'il y a une calibration. Nous étudions des pistes d’amélioration suite à votre remarque. ONDILO existe depuis 10 ans, mais des notes 1* bien que vous trouviez "le testeur très performant et utile" ne nous aident pas beaucoup

got the device and no explanation on the reason why 2 of the sensors where wrapped up with black and 1 of them wrapped in white plumbers tape. 1 was so tidely wrapped that it took a bit of work to get it off. I took it as I have gotten a used or a return unit. notified CS and I was told that's normal the water what was trapped in the sensors is actualy fluid from testing them. ICO has been off with the readings. I cannot believe I missed the explanation for the tape and fluid In the manual.

Ondilo est le fabricant d'ICO et nous n'avons jamais communiqué sur le fait qu'ICO analyse directement le stabilisant. Il peut détecter une inefficacité du chlore et vous recommander de vérifier son taux. Si votre piscine est traitée au sel, le stabilisant n’est généralement pas nécessaire, sauf ajout de chlore stabilisé.

E-waste. pool device fails fast. app is slow. Support is rubbish. At least 2 business days for a reply and they don't read what you write
